In collaboration with small artisan businesses in Turkey, we offer a selection of unique Turkish products. Our focus is on high-quality, handcrafted goods that are often hard to find and offer them in German-speaking countries. We are proud to work with family businesses and small companies to promote and support their craftsmanship.
Products from the earthquake region in southern Turkey
We work primarily with family businesses from Antakya in southeastern Turkey, which was severely affected by the earthquake. By including their products in our range, we are helping them showcase their goods to a wider audience and rebuild their businesses after they suffered severe damage in February 2023. We believe in the power of collaboration and that we can make a difference by purchasing their products.
The two devastating earthquakes in southeastern Turkey in February 2023, with magnitudes of 7.8 and 7.6, claimed at least 60,000 lives, left 300,000 buildings damaged or destroyed, and caused financial losses of around US$120 billion.
Product and Quality
Our designers and partners are carefully selected and share our values and beliefs. We ensure that every product meets a high standard of quality. Our designs are inspired by the culture and history of Istanbul and Turkey, bringing the country's beauty into our products.
The traditional handwoven Hammam towels are made of 50% cotton and 50% linen. Designed for use as bath, beach, and travel towels, they are characterized by high absorbency, quick drying, and lightweight properties.

We are proud to work with people who love their craft and practice it with dedication. Our artisans are experts in their field and have years of experience producing high-quality products. Each product is handcrafted with attention to detail. We are delighted to preserve Turkey's traditional craftsmanship and provide our customers with unique and beautiful products.
Team
We are Katharina, Christine, and Caroline – three sisters with a shared love of Istanbul and Turkish culture. With Lykia, we aim to bring unique Turkish products to our customers. We grew up together in the Bavarian Allgäu region and still travel to Turkey often, regularly visiting selected artisan workshops. Christine has lived in Istanbul for many years, speaks Turkish, and knows the local people.
Lycia
Lycia is a historical region in the southwest of present-day Turkey, located on the Mediterranean coast. In ancient times, the region was known for its unique culture, language, and political structure. Lycia consisted of a federation of independent cities and was famous for its rock tombs, ancient ruins, and picturesque landscapes. Today, Lycia is a popular tourist destination, attracting visitors with its historical sites and the so-called "Lycian Coast," known for its natural beauty and hiking trails, such as the Lycian Way.
